SUMMARY
Performs assigned food service attendant functions.
ROTATING DAYS & HOURS INCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Serves and replenishes food.
Cleans the facilities and equipment by mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping and scrubbing.
Prepares beverages prior to meals, and as needed.
Cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs, refills napkin dispensers and all condiments.
Identifies and utilizes cleaning chemicals according to MSDS guidelines.
Sorts and transports garbage and trash to assigned area as needed.
Scrapes food from dirty dishes and pre-washes them by hand. Places them in racks and feeds into a dishwashing machine. Return all clean dishes to its assigned storage areas throughout the facility.
Scrapes food from pots & pans, wash them utilizing the three compartment sink method. Places Pots & Pans in racks and loads into a dishwasher to be sanitized. Return all pots & pans to its assigned storage racks.
Cleans urinals, toilets and sinks.
Performs cashier duties.
Handles food, supplies and equipment.
Maintains quality control.
Maintains grounds maintenance of assigned buildings.
