John Henry’s is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Call Center Representative who will help us provide superior service for our customers. At John Henry’s, we work as ONE team to make sure our customers are taken care of from the time they call, to the time our service professional leaves their home.
What will you be doing?
- Taking calls and booking appointments in our new web based scheduling system
- Serve as a liaison and advocate for the customer
- Making calls to ensure customer satisfaction

- Enjoy talking to people and problem solving
- Pride themselves on their professionalism
- 2 years customer service and 1 year call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Individuals must be independent, self-motivated, dependable, and have the ability to multi-task. Applicant must be responsible, know how to provide excellent customer service, and be able to work in a multi-operational environment.

Mondays 8:30am -12:30pm, Wednesdays 8:00am - 12:00pm and Every other Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm.
