Description

The Digital Product Manager, Employee Experience (EX) is accountable for participating in the development of the overall strategy and delivery of new digital products, enhancements and capabilities that provide value to the clients and markets served by MOBE. This role is responsible for supporting the growth, development and maturing of MOBE's digital assets and solutions for our internal employee teams of pharmacists and guides.

Aligned with organizational priorities, the Digital Product Manager, Employee Experience (EX) will manage the ongoing stability of employee channels, work with business stakeholders to define new products and enhancements, and own delivery of those products, enhancements, and capabilities against their roadmaps.

This position requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, experience with Agile and experience design methodologies, relationship and consensus-building skills, and proven ability to work effectively across the organization. The successful candidate will have broad experience interacting with business and technical stakeholders, the ability to collect, synthesize and present information, passion for delivering high quality digital experiences, and representing the value digital capabilities can bring to the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the development of roadmaps, capabilities matrices, backlogs, and communication plans to support a positive impact on the business.
  • Facilitate digital project scoping, execution plans and timelines with the impacted business areas.
  • Responsible for translating and integrating programmatic design into digital execution plans by working closely with program creators and translating needs into tools and resources that support the programs.
  • Monitors, manages and reports product analytics including adoption, utilization, capability usage, and priorities to drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to think conceptually, refine clear plans and organize execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on initiative delivery plans.
  • Responsible for assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback.
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise for digital experiences and product management, user experience and best practices.
  • Monitors key business and digital metrics to understand user behavior, identify additional needs and ensure optimization of the holistic digital experience
  • Manages assigned third-party digital relationships
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to synthesize and creatively demonstrate accomplishments, decisions, and direction for leadership presentations.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience with digital product management of digital assets, proven track record of developing strategies, defining execution plans, and gaining company buy-in
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Healthcare, start-up, digital experience, or employee experience (EX) a plus
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills
  • Expertise in software development, collaborating with business and technical teams
  • Highly organized, with the ability to make rapid decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work side by side in cross-functional teams
