Essential Functions

  • Coordinates full cycle recruitment process (screening through on-boarding) in collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • Gathers hiring requirements from managers; modifies or develops job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions to assist in selecting the best candidate.
  • Multi-tasks all functions of recruiting with accuracy.
  • Creates job postings for applicant tracking system (Ascentis ),Cambridge Management, Inc's website, and other recruiting websites.
  • Develops creative sourcing strategies to generate a high-quality, diverse candidate pool.
  • Coaches hiring managers in use of Ascentis Recruiting Module. Post on multiple job boards in different formats.
  • Assists in and coordinates scheduling of interviews, gathering required documents, and ensuring applicant completes all pre-employment tasks.
  • Understands Ascentis database capabilities and creates custom and regular reports for HR team and others upon request.
  • Performs other duties in the Human Resource department as needed.
 
Position Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an in-house recruiter working in a Human Resources Department.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Human Resources Generalist experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting for multiple locations and states. 
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS office and HR programs.
  • Working knowledge of Ascentis/StaffingPro a plus!
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a recruiting environment with flexibility to reset priorities as needed.
  • High School Diploma or equivilant required. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
