As the Leader of Talent Acquisition, you will be the architect of innovative, inclusive, Grand Casino-wide recruitment strategies that strengthen our ability to attract, assess, and select talent across all levels of the organization. You will operationalize strategies that elevate our employer brand, offer a dynamic candidate experience, and deliver a robust network of external candidates that meet current and future business needs.
You will report to our Vice President of Talent and lead a team of approximately 10 Talent Acquisition specialists and you will be responsible for all levels of recruitment for Grand Casino. You are experienced in high volume recruiting and are capable of striking that balance between efficiency and providing a great candidate experience.
Drive operational and process excellence by continuously evaluating and re-imagining Talent attraction and Acquisition processes.
Build, lead, coach, and develop the Talent acquisition team which performs as Talent advisors to ensure effective results and solid performance in achieving Talent demands of the business.
Consult with senior Talent and business leaders to develop and implement functional specific recruiting strategies and programs that drive impact in achieving business results.
Direct large-scale recruitment projects in a manner that ensures the effective selection of high quality, diverse new hires
Build and leverage recruitment analytics that lead to identification of solutions and improvement areas for recruitment programs.
Extensive experience in high volume recruiting required
Talent Acquisition leadership experience with demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships, influence others at all levels, and drive change in a complex, ever changing environment
Thought leadership, abreast of industry trends and dynamics impacting Talent Acquisition. This includes being an expert on the use of social media in Talent Acquisition and employer branding
Demonstrated project and people leadership
