Opportunity Inc. offers full time staff a hiring bonus of $1,600 (paid in 4 increments within the first year), $200 training bonus (once all required new hire trainings have been completed), and 16 days of paid time off in your first year!

Mileage reimbursement is paid as long as staff keep the company up-to-date with their most current and valid vehicle insurance policy.

Do you have the desire to help others lead more fulfilling lives? An in-home personal care worker enables clients to stay in their own homes as long as possible. You will be working on a one-to-one basis with clients who have disabilities by performing various duties including, but not limited to, personal cares, general housekeeping, outings, meals, medical appointments, medication administration and companionship. This is an ideal position for someone who wants a rewarding career and has a genuine desire to help others.

 
Position Requirements
  • Must be 21years of age or older
  • Driving positions require proof of personal vehicle insurance and a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal and caregiver background check
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including drug test, physical evaluation, and 2 Step TB Test
  • Must frequently lift, support, and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift, support, and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • Occasional to frequent bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, standing, and walking.
  • Must be caring and compassionate, and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients
 
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  
Shift Various Shifts  
Hiring Bonus: Full-time New Hires are eligible for a hiring bonus of $1,600 (paid in 4 increments within the first year).  
Training Bonus: This position is eligible for a $200 training bonus.
