Share Email Opening Title Training and Exercise CCC SME - Task Lead  Category Training   Description The Training and Exercise Contingency Command Center (CCC) SME – Task Lead will need to be experienced in mission analysis, planning, training and exercises, supports Joint Strategy, policy and doctrine development. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Prepares exercise orders, CDR’s estimates, and COAs for Homeland Defense, Civil Support, and other exercises coordinates – DOD, DOS, FBI, DHS, CBP, CCMDs, and national leadership inputs. Coordinates all scenarios and scripts with internal/external stakeholders. Provides day-to-day expertise regarding the operational aspects of the CCC, incorporating EAP-CJCS doctrine. Assist in the integration of Air, Land, Maritime, Cyber, Missile and Space, and Missile Defense operational events. Task Lead provides oversite to the team and supports in the development of doctrine EAPCJCS Volumes, N&NC guidance, and coordinating documents. Coordinates with external and internal agencies. Manages collaborative training through N&NC SharePoint sites in both classified and unclassified domains. Utilizes TMT for routine and emergent tasking, review, analysis, planning, and exercise related tasks. Assists and provides recommendation to Government lead for courses of action. Develops and briefs leadership on current training and exercise development, execution, and pertinent issues involving Tier 1 exercises during the JELC process. Takes appropriate actions to ensure tasks are completed by the Contractor as defined. Takes appropriate actions to resolve issues. Prepares briefings, spreadsheets and/or reports. Tracks tasks and deliverables utilizing current government systems and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Works with Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to set realistic schedules and goals for team. Attends meetings with government customer and provides recommendations as appropriate. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
