The Residential Speciailist teaches daily living skills and monitors residents and house safety on an ongoing basis. Staff contributes to the assessment and treatment plan of residents and is an integral part of each resident's treatment team.     Position Requirements HS diploma/GED required. We are a healthcare facility and as such we require that our new employees are fully vaccinated (both COVID and FLU). Additionally, to promote a healthier workforce, we only hire non-smokers.
