This position is responsible for overall office activities and provides administrative and customer service support for two marinas located in The Landings on Skidaway Island. This includes answering phones, greeting and assisting customers, responding to and assisting with resolving customer issues and/or complaints, maintaining logs and records, and ordering and maintaining inventory for Landings Harbor Dock Store.
The Marina Office Manager reports directly to the Marinas Director. Works regularly with other department and TLA team members. Has frequent interaction with Landings residents, boaters, store customers, employees, and vendors.
