Share Email Opening Title Per Diem Clinician - COPE  Description CarePlus New Jersey is a northern New Jersey provider of recovery-focused mental health, substance abuse, and family services that address the unique needs of individuals with a holistic approach to recovery and overall wellness. Key Responsibilities: The C.O.P.E. Program is currently seeking new candidates to come aboard to work with individuals and families on a per diem basis. As the demand for mental health services continues to grow, so does the need for more clinicians who are dedicated to providing assistance to these individuals. The C.O.P.E. program is able to provide great opportunities to clinicians, of all experience levels, to help them grow and gain experience while working in a supportive and nurturing environment. Aspects of the C.O.P.E. Program Include (but are not limited to): Working with children, families, and adults on their personal treatment goals in order to help create a sense of stability and overall healthy functioning Implementing evidence-based interventions and assessments to help individuals achieve their treatment goals Around the clock supervision, as individual and group supervision are provided weekly, as well as having an on-call supervisor available by phone Access to a clinical supervisor for those looking to work towards full licensure (LPC/LCSW) Opportunities are also available to those who have recently obtained or are soon to be obtaining their provisional license (LAC/LSW) Provide access to clinical trainings to help expand professional experience and obtain CEU’s Flexibility in scheduling work hours with individuals and families Ability to have a diverse caseload of ages and clinical presentations to be able to expand one’s clinical knowledge and experience                           Position Requirements Qualifications/Education/Experience: Have a Master’s Degree in Social Work or other behavioral health discipline 1-2 years of clinical experience or mental health field Provisional/Professional Licensure to practice counseling/clinical social work (LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Be able to provide, at least, 5 per diem hours per week Possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable under Agency’s automobile insurance policy   Full-Time/Part-Time Per Diem   Shift -not applicable-   Location Main Site   About the Organization CarePlus New Jersey is a northern New Jersey provider of recovery-focused mental health, substance abuse, and family services that address the unique needs of individuals with a holistic approach to recovery and overall wellness.
