Full-time position to work in our behavioral health practice to coordinate and provide treatment to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. This LPN/MA will queue patients for providers, including reconciling medication, obtaining health history, reporting changes, providing patient education, making referrals and ensuring proper linkage to resources. Must have recent experience drawing blood.    Position Requirements Ohio LPN license or MA certification required.  As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer.  Staff members are required to be vaccinated for the flu and COVID.  Religious and medical exemptions may be requested during the hiring process.
