LCS Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Washington , DC. The ideal candidate will:

  • Manage long-term execution of  processes, procedures, and reporting defined within the scope of the Statement of Work. 
  • Manage budget resources across various projects.
  • Provide resolution to conflict or discipline related issues with personnel supporting the Program Office on the contract.  
  • Coordinate project interdependencies between various disciplines.
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned across projects. 
  • Staff positions with properly trained and fully qualified personnel to fulfill the task descriptions.
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in related field, (or 10 of minimum 20 years of experience was gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related field.)
  • 15 years' relevant experience in program management experience including 
    •  Management support for a DoD or Navy Acquisition Program  (DoD/Navy) ACAT I Program
    •  Recent Contracts experience 
    •  DoD 5000.02 knowledge
    •  Shipbuilding knowledge 
  • The ability to travel to the following work locations: Marinette, Wisconsin; Mobile, Alabama; San Diego, California; Mayport, Florida and Bath, Maine.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required prior to being considered.
