The role is responsible for the daily monitoring, management, troubleshooting and issue resolution for critical business services across the company’s headquarters and branch offices. These services include: Email, Active Directory, SSO, DNS, File Sharing, Communication and Collaboration. The position also works with our Helpdesk, Application, and Dev-Ops Teams in order to provide end-to-end support for platform and application management services. Key Responsibilities Designs and helps/guides the design of Azure cloud-native networks and evangelizes best practices for Azure cloud network design and development Reviews and analyzes current network designs and suggests changes and modifications to support Azure connectivity Works with project teams to understand and accommodate application architecture and the App’s specific requirements for Azure networking Works with security team to understand and accommodate network security requirements for applications Works with network engineering team to help them build and troubleshoot Azure networks Maintains understanding of Azure Peering, Azure Regions Demonstrates intimate knowledge of Azure networking services and offerings, and best practices and patterns for Azure cloud-native network design Demonstrates experience in migration of servers, applications and services to Azure Demonstrates experience with management of Azure virtual networks, traffic management, workload implementation, and monitoring Demonstrates in depth knowledge of Azure hybrid architecture and security   Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum 4 years of experience supporting, maintaining and administering core Office 365 applications (Teams, Sway, and Yammer) Minimum 3 years of experience in Office 365 Intune and security Minimum 5-7 years of working experience and intimate proficiency with Microsoft Exchange administration and troubleshooting in a large-scale enterprise environment Experience with Exchange 2016 Experience with Azure cloud Experience with Office 365 and its core applications Experience migrating on-premises applications to Azure cloud Experience in migration of on premises exchange mailboxes to Exchange online Experience in Azure Disaster Recovery services Preferred Education & Experience Experience with Azure/Intune Autopilot   EOE Statement We are an Equal Employment/ Affirmative Action Opportunity employer.
