The Marketing Manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing projects in collaboration with action groups and departments
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to create marketing and advertising plans in alignment with strategic goals of FGCC units and programs
  • Coordinate advertising contracts
  • Develop and oversee content strategy to support programs and projects of the FGCC
  • Manage all FGCC web properties
  • Manage and implement special web projects as needed
  • Create and execute email communication plans
  • Develop and execute digital advertising, search engine marketing, and social advertising campaigns
  • Advise on digital and marketing strategy using data and web analytics
  • Coordinate media buys and ad placements
  • Support photo/video asset management
  • Write for the web and other marketing pieces
  • Manage contracts and vendor relations for photography and video
 
Position Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree marketing, communications, or a related field
  2. Knowledge and experience in basic survey/research, and understanding of metrics and website/social media analytics, and methods for promoting services and programs
  3. Marketing and promotional experience required as well as strong customer service skills
  4. Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to actively listen and use logic to identify strengths, weaknesses, and solutions
  5. Effective project management skills
  6. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint; CRM experience or willingness to learn
  7. Must be detail oriented and able to proofread with accuracy
