Description

Tuknik Government Services (TGS) currently has an opening for a professional Business Analyst with Solid accomplishments and experience to support our government client in Fort Collins, CO.  The successful candidate will join a stellar team assisting a government organization in a major IT infrastructure transformation.

We are looking for a responsible Executive Business Administrator in Fort Collins, CO to support Federal client’s organizational and digital transformation within an enterprise infrastructure. You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives as well as perform Jr Business Analyst tasks where needed. This role’s main duties can vary from scheduling meetings, organizing daily calendars, drafting requirements, and interviewing technical subject matter experts. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate also has previous experience as an Executive Assistant and is familiar with office management technologies and business analyst principles. Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of senior managers and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly.

The Executive Business Administrator will:

  • Evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand format
  • Assist the on premise and remote c-level executives as well as extended team
  • Coordinating daily calendars of senior managers with occasional planning of appointments and events
  • Develop meeting minutes
  • Plan appointments and events
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
  • Respond promptly to ENS leadership queries
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
  • Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Assist with defining and creating future visions and identified areas of opportunity, thus delivering value across people, processes, technology and information
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and work products/prototypes
  • Evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand format
 
Position Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand format
  • Assist the on premise and remote c-level executives as well as extended team
  • Coordinating daily calendars of senior managers with occasional planning of appointments and events
  • Develop meeting minutes
  • Plan appointments and events
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
  • Respond promptly to ENS leadership queries
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
  • Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Assist with defining and creating future visions and identified areas of opportunity, thus delivering value across people, processes, technology and information
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and work products/prototypes
  • Evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand format
  • 2-5 years of experience as an executive business admin or similar.
  • Experience writing technical documents (both collaboratively and independently); comfortable crafting documentation without templates and sometimes with minimal input from others
  • Excellent consulting/relationship management skills; ability to mitigate/mediate complex and/or politically charged issues
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; able to communicate effectively with a diverse audience; comfortable working with C-level executives
  • Proven history of progressive responsibilities
  • Able to analyze complex issues and distill concepts to clients
  • Able to comprehend new concepts, ask pertinent questions, execute and document ideas and concepts with minimal day-to-day direction
  • Able to stay on task and on schedule while adhering to non-flexible deadlines
  • Exceptional presentation skills

Working Environment & Conditions

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The work load may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, perform simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move items that weigh up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
