Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, outgoing individual who always represents the company with discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude! Responsibilities: Strong understanding of all services offered within Occ Med, specific to workers' comp, and ability to effectively communicate these services with expertise to both existing and prospective clients Occ Med sales and marketing Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Research potential clients with various resources and tools, such as: employers, TPA's and insurance carriers Ability to cultivate new relationships and develop new business and referrals Ability to make immediate impact to sales growth within assigned territory Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit who takes a proactive approach to business operations Positive attitude and ability to project this around others Must exhibit passion for outstanding results and compassion for those we work with and serve Strong time management skills High attention to detail Strong computer skills (knowledge of a PC, Microsoft Office programs) Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Conduct face-to-face meetings and cold call visits to potential customers introducing the occupational medicine service product line, allocating 3 days a week or 80% of your weekly work load Execute sales calls from target calling list to include a 7-10-mile radius per Urgent Care site - Build comprehensive target list based on findings and target responsiveness Provide reports to management regarding sales activities, employer's needs, and market analysis information CRM reporting and tracking within company tool Required Experience & Qualifications - Education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following: Institutional knowledge of key healthcare drivers, issues and players in market 2-4 years of workers' comp sales experience Proven sales/marketing track record with documentation of consistent sales activity Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, self-starter Ability to use independent judgment Capability to work in a fast-paced environment Superior interpersonal and speaking skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Acceptable MVR and valid driver's license   Position Requirements Required Experience & Qualifications - Education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following: Institutional knowledge of key healthcare drivers, issues and players in market 2-4 years of workers’ comp sales experience Proven sales/marketing track record with documentation of consistent sales activity Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, self-starter Ability to use independent judgment Capability to work in a fast-paced environment Superior interpersonal and speaking skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Acceptable MVR and valid driver’s license A positive attitude toward patients, families, and coworkers.
