The Landings Association (TLA) is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to oversee all programs and projects related to environmental management at The Landings including lagoon maintenance, tree management, landscape management, and wildlife management.
This position reports to the Director of Public Works, and is an integral member of TLA’s management team, providing staff recommendations and project updates to the Board of Directors and other Board Committees as needed. The position requires the ability to be on-call in emergency situations.

Minimum Job requirements
This position requires an excellent leader with at least three years of demonstrated experience in effectively coaching and developing staff. Strong organizational and project management skills are a must, with excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet commitments. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, with the demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with staff and residents and resolve conflict constructively. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, with experience in preparing and providing effective presentations.
