We are seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to join our team in Washington , DC. The ideal candidate will:

  • Support hiring managers in drafting job announcements.
  • Update position descriptions.
  • Assist in recruitment strategies, personnel actions, compensation flexibilities, and onboarding process.
  • Maintain and track personnel actions using DCPDS to provide regular status updates and metrics.
  • Utilize databases and spreadsheets to create charts and visual metrics displays.
  • Draft Notification of Incoming Personnel packages for Security Office approval.

 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, or business.

  • 5 years of directly related experience in advising management on workforce related key drills and metric analysis

  • Active Secret security clearance
