Share Email Opening Title Journeyman Management Analyst  Category Management/Other Analyst   Description The Journeyman Management Analyst will provide data and trend analysis in support of Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central (CNREURAFCENT) operations. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Plan, coordinate, and execute data collection through analytical dissemination and trend analysis to ensure effective integration of information amongst various Federal agencies and host nation representatives. Succinctly disseminate through briefings, technical reports, and oral presentations to inform CNREURAFCENT leadership. Focused support capturing and analyzing business processes to ensure the effective integration of information. Provide on-site analyst services to the Operations (CNREURAFCENT) Section of the Commander Navy Region Europe, Africa and Central (CNREURAFCENT). Current operations analytical services in support of the day to day collection, development and analysis of mission support functionality. Develop and conduct readiness assessments which evaluate multiple forms of data, results, systems, and process in multiple forms. These readiness assessments will evaluate current and future operational effectiveness and demonstrate deficient areas for mitigation. These findings will include specific trends and recommendations to improve mission effectiveness and inform CNREURAFCENT leadership. Analyze data provided through working groups, planning meetings, conferences, and other information sources defining solutions to problems and issues related to capacity to inform CNREURAFCENT leadership. Analysis projects will be project based; coordinate with COR to prioritize assigned analysis projects. Deliverables, such as final reports or presentations, shall be identified at the project level. Coordinate with COR to mutually agree upon Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) for each project. Create products that takes information from multiple sources and produce products that require data entry, narrative description, statistical and trends analysis to inform CNREURAFCENT leadership. Attend all relevant planning meetings, conferences, exercises, inspections, assessments and provide analysis in support of the outcomes sought. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
