We are seeking Junior - Senior Level Behavioral/Cultural Consultants to join our team in Washington , DC. The ideal candidates will: Support Team Ships culture development and assessment. Develop curriculum and deliver training. Support command climate surveys and analyze results. Support command or leadership off-site and advise on cultural objectives and diversity initiatives. De-brief and consult with leadership. Facilitate meetings. Support employee engagement. Provide workshops at program office level to evaluate organizational behaviors.   Position Requirements Junior - Mid Level Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design - or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience providing graphic design/photography support. An active, current, or interim Secret security clearance. Senior Level Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in communications, management, business, organizational theory/culture, or related field 10 or more years of Program Management experience within Navy shipbuilding. Experience within Organizational Management / Culture.
