With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Receptionist   Description Our healthcare facility has an opening for a full-time Receptionist.  Our organization places a high value on caring and compassionate staff members to interact with our patients.  This position requires office generalist experience, with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.  The Receptionist is responsible for answering a multi-line phone, registering and scheduling patients, preparing client lists and running scheduled reports.  Experience with electronic scheduling software is strongly preferred.    Position Requirements HS diploma/GED required.  Strong communication and computer skills required.  The ability to multi-task and exhibit high customer service standards a must.   As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer.  Staff members are required to be vaccinated for the flu and COVID.  Religious and medical exemptions may be requested during the hiring process.
