What are we looking for in a Nurse?
PACT (Program for Assertive Community Treatment) is a service delivery model with the primary goal of recovery through community treatment. Its target population is those with challenging and persistent mental health issues. The PACT model is characterized by a team approach, shared caseload, time-unlimited services, flexible service delivery, and 24/7 crisis availability. Nurses on our PACT team work closely with clients to administer medications, to provide education about prescriptions and general health needs, and to develop a treatment plan that reflects the clients’ goals. When possible, nurses will also coordinate with clients’ families or social supports to help position clients for success. Training, continuing medical education, and regular supervision are provided as part of this position. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, plus evening and overnight call coverage one week per month
Nursing duties may include:
Education & Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Professional Credentials: Registered Nurse license in WA
Other Requirements: First Aid / CPR certification, driver's license & vehicle liability insurance
