The ideal candidate will have over six (6) years of relevant experience working with colleagues and clients on matters involving venture capital transactions (entity formation, seed financings, capitalization tables, portfolio management), mergers and acquisitions (asset and stock purchases, mergers, due diligence) and debt and equity financings (mortgages, Uniform Commercial Code, promissory notes and loan agreements). The firm’s business law group is engaged in a wide variety of transactions locally, nationally and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a partial book of business, and be eager to develop new client relationships.
