Share Email Opening Title Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist  Category Information Technology   Description The Journeyman Computer User Support Specialist will provide the Secretary of the Air Force Office of Small Business (SAF/SB) with general office Computer Support and maintain SAF/SB’s integrated strategic communication tools and content in accordance with SAF/SB mission needs. Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage SAF/SB computer(s), software application(s) and other related computing devices; including but not limited to new and existing computer and software applications and/or other SAF/SB computer software application support. Maintain a comprehensive inventory listing of all computer hardware and software applications. Ensure SAF/SB personnel and office equipment is refreshed in accordance with the Government’s computer/network control center refresh schedule. Submit trouble tickets to computer/network support team. Facilitate the assignment of equipment and services using the AFNCR services. Update, modify and maintain the organization’s systems information in Electronic Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR). Perform daily functions associated with managing the organization’s social media platforms and websites to ensure accuracy and currency of mission specific content. Manage the organization’s Facebook page and Linked In accounts. Manage the organization’s Twitter account. Provide system administration and maintenance of the organization’s website. Perform system administration of the organization’s email inquiry/ticket tracking system. Perform system administration of the organization’s phone system. Review and/or update the system to reflect current information. Ensure information on the audio system corresponds with content on the public website. Capture metrics for social media platforms and the email inquiry/ticket tracking system. Consolidate metrics for briefings. Analyze metrics, develop strategy for modifying system/communication processes based on metric data. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
