The candidate must be near one of the following locations - New Cumberland, PA, Tracy, CA, Ogden, UT, Ft. Belvoir, VA or Richmond, VA.   Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Develops required specifications for simple to moderately complex problems. Coordinates with the Vendor PM, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
