Deputy Director

The ideal candidate will support PEO USC. The Navy's PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) designs, develops, builds, maintains and modernizes the Navy's expanding family of unmanned maritime systems, mine warfare systems and small surface combatants. 

We are seeking a Deputy Director to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will:

  • Assist the Director in leading a contractor support team of 25 staff  (including TCG staff and subcontractors).
  • Support the corporate operations, strategy development, integrated logistics, program management and budgeting efforts of PEO USC's Front Office.
  • Perform Program Analysis, Control, and Monitoring Support to PEO USC Directors
  • Perform Acquisition and Financial Support
  • Perform System Engineering Support
  • Perform Logistics Support
  • Perform Information Technology Support
  • Perform Corporate Operations Support
  • Perform Science and Technology Support
  • Perform Cyber Security Support
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in program/project management.
  • Supervisory experience; experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel.
  • US Citizenship is a prerequisite
  • An active Secret security clearance.
