The Navy's PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) designs, develops, builds, maintains and modernizes the Navy's expanding family of unmanned maritime systems, mine warfare systems and small surface combatants.  We are seeking a Logistics Task Lead to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will: Provide analysis, planning and management support for all ILS areas, including: Maintenance Planning, CM, Product and Technical Data, Supply Support, Support Equipment, Design Interface, Facilities, and PHS&T.  Assist in developing a phased logistics approach that defines broad logistics concepts early and then becomes more defined and detailed as programs mature. These logistics plans and analyses, with supporting documentation for all PEO USC systems will be generated or revised to conform to significant program events including ILAs, Milestone Decisions, and significant program events or milestones from program initiation through life cycle support. Participate in the establishment and review of plans and studies from program initiation throughout the life cycle. Coordinate with Technical Design Agents (TDA), hardware vendors, and Program Office/PEO logisticians/engineers to help define supportability requirements for developmental programs and rapid deployment capabilities, and assist in developing support plans for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment. Review logistics plans, products or analyses to include ALSP, LCSP, training curricula, training materials, manpower requirements, maintenance plans, supply support management plans, technical manuals/technical drawings, and reliability/maintainability analyses. Provide expert acquisition and/or in-service technical support in the primary logistics areas to include maintenance planning, supply support, technical data, configuration management, design interface, facilities and related areas.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline from an accredited institution.  A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics.  Supervisory experience; experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel. US citizenship is a prerequisite.
