This position is 40 hours a week during standard business hours and is temporary. We expect the position to last for 1-2 months. This position has the potential to become permanent. This position will be responsible for intake, discharge, case planning, providing resource referrals, etc. Qualified candidates should have experience in the above and a working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid.   Position Requirements Must hold BSW.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
