We are seeking Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will:
• Design fluid systems for US Navy, Military Sealift Command, USCG, and commercial ships.
• Design foundations for mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Projects include new ship designs and modernizations to existing ships.
• Systems include seawater, potable water, fuel, lube oil, compressed air, fire extinguishing, HVAC, and chilled water systems.
• Work includes ship inspections for modernization of existing systems.
• Perform analyses and studies, and develop reports, drawings, and specifications to reflect design results.
