Description

This contact center agents position will be work from home until restrictions are lifted and when safe to do so, employees will work from our Phoenix, AZ office located near the I-17 and Thunderbird Avenue. While working from home, we will provide you with a Computer system, USB headset (for taking calls) and the necessary cables.

**You must have a DSL or Cable internet connection already at your home – No cell phone hotspots.

**You must have 20MB or higher internet download speeds

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General Customer Service
  • Records and verifies names, addresses, purchases, and specific feedback of customers to maintain an accurate customer list
  • Data entry into CRM system
  • Educate customer on specific information
  • Contacts customers to gather market research
  • Overtime opportunities available to support the needs of business
 
Position Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Valor Global adheres to a policy of promotions from within. This position holds no supervisory responsibilities but contact center agents will be evaluated for promotions at their 90 day and 6 month performance reviews.
