Answer incoming calls from a Top 3 USA Wireless service provider. Answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. This position will be work from home until restrictions are lifted and when safe to do so, employees will work from our Meridian, ID office. While working from home, we will provide you with a Computer system, USB headset (for taking calls) and the necessary cables.
**You must have a DSL or Cable internet connection already at your home – No cell phone hotspots.
