Description

Answer incoming calls from a Top 3 USA Wireless service provider. Answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. This position will be work from home until restrictions are lifted and when safe to do so, employees will work from our Meridian, ID office. While working from home, we will provide you with a Computer system, USB headset (for taking calls) and the necessary cables.

**You must have a DSL or Cable internet connection already at your home – No cell phone hotspots.

Main Job Task and Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Research required information using available resources to address customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into system and update existing information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Transfer calls to appropriate resources when necessary
  • Document all interactions according to account guidelines
 
Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Strong English Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Internet Connection (DSL or Cable) 20MB or faster speed.
  • Quiet room to setup PC and work in.
  • Active Listening skills and strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Customer Service orientation
  • Team Mentality and Flexible schedule
  • Able to work a full-time 40 hour a week schedule

 

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc).
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
  • Basic knowledge of call center telephones and technology
  • Good data entry and typing skills
 
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  
Rate of Pay $13 - $14 per hour
