Share Email Opening Title Program Analyst - Scheduling Support  Description The Columbia Group (TCG), a technical services support company which has a successful 50+ year history of providing direct support to NAVSEA, Military Sealift Command, the US Marine Corps, US Coast Guard, and other maritime clients with acquisition, logistics management, engineering, design, fabrication, test and evaluation, information technology and financial management support services is seeking a Program Analyst.   The ideal candidate will perform the following duties: Work with the customers to plan tasks and resolve issues. Provide scheduling and planning for major and/or strategic programs as assigned Provide analysis and project support to assigned program workload. Analysis includes reviewing scope and schedule performance Develop schedules that include project phasing, project milestones, and represent critical relationships between program tasks as required to plan, coordinate, and visualize all significant program activities Works with management team to ensure the schedule/program plan is executable (cost, schedule and technical requirements are fully integrated) and executing as planned Ensure all timely completion of tasking while minimizing errors and rework.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution. At least three (3) years of experience providing scheduling and project management support. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Successful track record as part of a Project Management Team U.S. Citizenship required.
