The position is a part-time job share (2-3 days) and expected to last 8-12 weeks. Job duties include the following: ·Daily group therapy and/or 1:1's with older adult patients ·Psychosocial assessments and treatment plans to be completed within 72 hours of admission ·Interdisciplinary treatment team meetings ·Coordination of care with families, care facilities, courts, etc.   Position Requirements Must have LMSW or LSCSW.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
