FoxGuard Solutions is looking for a full-time Software Tester to support our research and software engineering and development programs. As a software tester, you will work with high-energy team members, testing innovative software and products using the best practices in the industry today. What you will be doing ….
Responsible for all software testing and software diagnostic efforts within the FoxGuard Solutions organization. Provide testing and diagnostic consulting to the engineering team as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering team to drive efficiency within the validation lab network environment
- Use systems required for software development such as bug/feature tracking, revision control, project management tracking, etc.
- Work with the Product Manager to create user stories and test scenarios when necessary
- Troubleshoot and test bug fixes
- Collaborate with all members of the FoxGuard team
- Exhibit thoroughness and is highly detail minded; is highly focused on quality and security
- Support other team members and departments as required
- Test systems required for implementing projects as needed
- Collaborate with internal development teams outside of FoxGuard Solutions
- Participate in needed quality related activities and/or trainings
What you will bring to the table…
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of basic computer operation (Windows, Linux, etc.)
