Share Email Opening Title JCIDS and Organizational Design Management SME I  Req Number OTH-20-00022   Requisition Category   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Location Scott AFB, IL   Description The JCIDS and Organizational Design Management SME I will provide expertise for Command and Control (C2) Capabilities-Based Analysis, which researches, defines, and applies current and future operating environments. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Provide expertise to research, inform, and compose perspectives for the development of future C2 concepts and constructs. Identify and recommend C2 capabilities required to operate in future environments, identify associated capability gaps and shortfalls, and recommend C2 Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) solutions to meet these challenges. Provide expertise in C2 systems requirements, Capabilities Based Assessment (CBA), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD) and Capabilities Development Documents (CDD) development, Capability Gaps Analysis (CGA) and DOTLMPF/ Joint Capabilities Integrated Development System (JCIDS) modifications to material/non-material requirements for Major Command Headquarters (MAJCOM HQ) decisions. Advise, assist and conduct activities for accomplishment of the Performance Work Statement C2-related tasks with a focus on C2 Strategic Guidance Document Review, Capabilities-Based Analysis, Strategic Guidance Document Development, Organizational Design, and Future C2 Operating Concept Support. Participate and, when required, lead projects providing direction across broad areas of C2 responsibility. Conceive, plan and execute a variety of projects requiring exploration of C2 subject areas, definition of problems, and development of cost-effective DOTLMPF approaches for resolution. Manage SharePoint electronic Responsible-Approve Collaborate/Coordinate-Inform (eRACI) update. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
