We are adding a Business Analyst to our Marketing team. This position will play a pivotal role in growing online audiences. Reporting within the Insights & Analytics division but working very closely with Marketing, this role is responsible for behavioral segmentation, analysis of audience behaviors, acquisition and retention reporting and continuous conversion optimization. The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Work with data and marketing teams to collect, synthesize and analyze campaign and online experience data. Provide actionable insights that drive business results and growth opportunities.
  • Create clear, executive-level reporting that provides clarity into the performance of marketing campaigns and online experiences.
  • Synthesize data from a variety of tools about users, online experiences, and campaigns and propose conversion optimization tactics. Continuously analyze data throughout the customer journey and make recommendations for improvement based on data.
  • Develop dynamic targeting strategies that rely on customer behavior insights and predictive analytics data.
  • Support the Director of Insights & Analytics in the development of new reports and dashboards according to business requirements.
  • Work with marketing, data and technology teams to test online experiences, email flows and other conversion tactics for quality assurance.
  • Generate ideas for growing audience lists and improving both the quantity and quality of data within those lists.
  • Optimize campaign processes and workflows to improve efficiency and results.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to help others in the company understand segmentation and reporting processes.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of data analysis, customer insights and/or marketing experience.
  • Experience extracting data from multiple databases required.
  • Google Analytics certification preferred. Google Analytics experience required.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, SQL and other data tools/languages preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform cohort analyses and behavioral segmentation.
  • Ability to solve complex problems independently.
  • Ability to concisely and accurately communicate results, suggest next steps, and execute tactics.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in presenting findings to all levels of the organization.
