Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Identify the material requirements based on product forecasts and program requirements to support the master schedules of the all. Plans and schedules materials based on established requirements Maintains a complete and accurate production control report for material and manufacturing status on all responsible programs.  Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects to include in status. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Prepares lists of required materials, tools, and equipment with manufacturing that are not identified or quantified on documentation. Prepares purchase requisitions to obtain supplies, tools, and equipment for production requirements. Performs data entry into the Growthpower system to document material status. Inputs parts purchase requisitions. Tracks status of parts purchase requisitions. Opens work orders and tracks their material status. Assures that all parts/material requirements are satisfied. Any and all additional requirements to support the warehouse/materials mission, as assigned by supervisor   Position Requirements Job Specifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
