Description

Forum Communications Company is seeking an experienced Digital Media Operations & Programmatic/Yield Manager to lead a team of media planners and ad operations specialists that support the sales team in the development of effective digital media campaigns using multi-media platforms. This position will coordinate workflow, employee schedules, implement timelines, and ensure day to day coordination of online ad fulfillment and media planning proposals as requested. This position is responsible for the growth and maintenance of programmatic revenue for Forum Communications company, as well as managing programmatic vendor relationships and technology implementation. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate the schedules, workflow and day to day activities of media planners. 
  • Liaison between clients, outside vendors and agency departments who coordinate advertisement processing and media proposals. 
  • Develop proposals, meet and present to clients. 
  • Prepare advertising materials according to specifications, distribute to appropriate media vehicles before established deadlines and track progress. 
  • Plan and implement work schedule, work assignments and assist with training and direction of media planners. 
  • Support the sales team in development of unique media campaigns through the use of Multi Media Platforms. 
  • Oversee and provide financial reporting of programmatic revenue 
  • Track programmatic revenue trends 
  • Manage programmatic ad tech, vendor relationships and contracts 
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related degree. 
  • Three to five years related experience in digital advertising, programmatic management, marketing and/or social media management. 
  • Combination of education and experience may be used.
  • Ability to coordinate the work flow of media planners, set schedules, assigns projects and tasks. 
  • Assist with training and give input concerning performance. 
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail. 
  • Time management skills while working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment that often includes multiple, concurrent projects. 
  • Strong computer skills including multimedia and video equipment. 
  • Effectively communicate both orally and in writing. 
  • Work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment that often includes multiple, concurrent projects. 
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions/data and relay to others. 
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is insurable by the Company. 
  • Must carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the Company.
