Our Team:

Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Lead, and as a member of the Business Planning (BP) team, the Supply Chain Lead III works under time-sensitive conditions in a CGMP manufacturing environment. Provides information and oversee activities with all functional teams involved in new product launches, acquisition integration, product changes and product issues within the Supply Chain organization. Working with departmental teams, the Supply Chain Lead III ensures that all activities move according to the plan.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with ongoing creation, standardization, maintenance and execution of Master procedures and departmental SOPs.
  • Ensures development and implementation of procedures designed to support Departmental initiatives.
  • Solve complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices.
  • Manage Brand Maintenance and Select Customization projects and any other type of initiative as defined within the Business Planning team end to end as they relate to Operations including creating timelines, following up as needed and making proposals to solve issues as they arise.
  • Participate in Innovation Projects, and any other project that requires operational execution, and interact with the project team and the Supply Chain Organization.
  • Manage rework Initiatives with all teams involved.
  • Develop strategies for obsolete inventory together with the commercial teams.
  • Assist in developing and implementing procedures designed to support Departmental initiatives.
  • Participate in new process design and implementation to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Assists with training new team members.

 

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 5-7 years’ related professional experience.
  • Advanced skills using ERP applications.
  • Advanced computer skills using databases and spreadsheets.

 

Preferred Experience and Education:

  • MBA
  • Project management experience.
  • Broad knowledge of end-to-end supply chain.
  • Experience working in a nutraceutical environment.

Position Requirements

What you bring to the team:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations, Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • 5-7 years’ experience managing manufacturing processes, productivity and efficiency protocols
  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • Experience using MRP/ERP systems, especially Advance Planning Systems
  • Proficient in SAP, Macola A Plus, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications

 

Preferred Education and Experience:

„h APICS certification in Production and Inventory Management
