Our Team:

The Commercialization Associate Project Manager leads projects under time-sensitive conditions in a CGMP manufacturing environment. Ensures effective information sharing and coordinates activities with all functional teams involved in new Brand product launches. Manages continuous improvement initiatives driven by performance monitoring scorecard to ensure competitive advantage on the new launches.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (i.e., marketing, sales, engineering, R&D product development, marketing research, and others as needed).
  • Delivers typically rapid response projects (time constrained, baseline or medium complexity, share gaining, brand initiatives) for new products and/or significant cost savings.
  • Leads projects from initiation (charter) through technical transfer at end of Activation.
  • Organizes the cross-functional activities to ensure completion of the project/product on schedule on budget and within charter constraints.  Ensures the development of risks & contingency plans. Implements contingencies as needed.
  • Challenges team assumptions for clarity and congruency. Pushes teams to make key decisions timely. He/she is considered a key business partner and leader by Category or Brand stakeholders.
  • Ensure regular meetings and communication to review performances on new launches and ensure cross functional alignment on corrective actions
  • Make recommendations on performance scorecard actions and continuous improvement program on Innovation.
  • Contribute to new process design and implementation to improve efficiency and performance
  • Continuously monitor the quality of work and verify information

 

What you bring to the team:

  • At least 7 years’ relevant professional experience
  • Advanced skills using financial software packages, databases and spreadsheets
  • Advanced computer skills using databases and spreadsheets
  • Advanced knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting
  • Advanced mathematical skills
  • Experience working in a nutraceutical environment

 

Preferred Experience and Education:

  • Master’s degree in Business or related field
  • Project Management certification
