Assists in tailoring proven methodologies for BI, analytics, Process Improvement (PI), BPM, change management (CM), modeling and data visualization specific for the 618 AOC. Coordinates the use of analytical and statistical tools from complimentary process improvement philosophies, such of Six-Sigma and Business Process Management and improvement. Closely coordinates with AOC stakeholders concerning BPM efforts.
