Description

We invite you to join our team. We support a wonderful group of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities with a variety of skills and interests.

  • Support individuals to enjoy recreational and leisure activities: using technology including smart boards and iPads, music and pet therapy, art, yoga, shopping, nature centers, museums, cooking, book club and more.
  • Support individuals with personal cares, lunch routines, emotional and behavioral needs, etc.
  • Support achieving personal goals through meaningful experiences and programs.
  • Be a part of our workplace that’s diverse, team-oriented and focused on meeting the unique needs of people.

Position Requirements

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 18+ years of age
  • Pass DHS background study and OIG check and maintain approval to work without constant supervision required
  • Punctual and exceptional attendance
  • Able to assist with lifting and transferring
  • Effective English communication skills
  • Dependable transportation, valid license, and company-approved driving record

Additional Summer Sub Requirements

  • Be available to work 4-5 days per week for a minimum of 12 weeks over the summer, including July 4th week
  • Your shifts fall between 7:30 AM -3:30 PM, for 6-7 hrs. per day

Summer Sub Bonus

  • Fulfill your commitment to work 12 weeks and agreed upon shifts and be eligible for a $250.00 bonus!
