Account Development Representative - Mancini Beverage 



Sell, Merchandise, and Develop full portfolio of brands in retail accounts (across all channels) in accordance with specific company, supplier, and brand execution standards.


  • Make direct calls to assigned off premise accounts according to our service policy's frequency schedule to maximize all MPOD's, displays, point of sale, and cold box opportunities and enhance sell through. Use the following 6 steps to a complete sales call.
    1. Preplan the selling day/call - know what you want to accomplish
    2. Greet the manager/decision maker - be sure they know you are there and need to speak with them regarding work you have targeted to accomplish
    3. Inventory-check codes-rotate all products, including beer where applicable
    4. Install displays, restock and refurbish pos and price signage
    5. Record results and document tracking via GoSpotCheck
    6. Make notes for follow-up for next visit including opportunities to target/prepare for
  • Establish merchandising priorities based on acquiring the best display locations to ensure high visibility for both display and signage
  • Target and sell in MPODS/displays according to set procedure and specifications
    1. Primary selling locations
    2. Current POS
    3. Priced
    4. Defined number of cases
  • Monitor, maintain and improve shelving and cold box placements, including assisting the sales divisions with new placement locations
  • Ensure that all chain shelf sets and planograms are to brand/committed store space specifications and constantly upgrade space share
  • Call on, Service, Pack out Grocery channel, Convenience Chain, Mass Merch accounts
  • Target, Prospect, Open up new accounts
  • Deliver and pickup POS, coolers, and other mass display equipment to accounts
  • Attend all company meetings and functions as required by manager
  • Make emergency deliveries as directed by manager
Position Requirements


Moderate mental and visual attention required for performing manual work, machine operation, set-up, inspection, and adjustments that require frequent decisions to detect and adjust for variance from proper operation. AND/OR Operate mobile equipment in congested areas or involving considerable variety of movement.


Ability to balance, kneel, reach, sit, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, use fingers, grasp, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions.

Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
