Feeney Brothers Utility Services is currently seeking an entry level, highly motivated, talented individual to fill an Administrative Positon that be shared between Human Resources and Payroll. The following highlights the responsibilities of this position: Payroll Duties Hire, terminate, and maintain employee Direct deposit Tax withholding Deductions (benefits, garnishments, etc.) Address changes Compensation changes Enter weekly timesheets Paid time off and hours worked for (80-100) Office personnel Training hours for Field Employees Per diem submissions Adhoc timecard reporting Maintain employee payroll files Human Resources Duties Assist team in administering benefit plans, including enrollments and terminations. Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions. Serve as the COBRA administrator for the company. Assist in conducting new-employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefits plans and enrollment provisions. Assist Team in managing annual open enrollment period alongside other HR personnel Arrange for distribution of plan summary materials and required notices, assist with communicating changes to employees and arrange for onsite representation by providers. Assist with the ACA and ERISA benefits reporting requirements Maintaining employee files Order processing; RoadIDs, Business Cards, Benefit Reminders, HR Mailings, Staples Order for the department and floor This is a full time position (40 hours per week) offering a competitive compensation package including medical & dental plans, paid vacation, company paid life insurance, 401k plan with employer matching and paid holidays.
