These services provide the foundation of our innovation, providing ongoing research and development.   Full-Time/Part-Time -unspecified-   Location HDT (Geneva, OH)   Description SUMMARY: Responsible for conducting limited scope testing, assisting with data collection, and performing a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with engineering methods, programs and practices under the supervision of an engineer or manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Learns what is expected of an Engineer in this industry Reports progress and status Completes assigned tasks on time and budget while meeting technical requirements Complies with Engineering Playbook and best practice procedures Embraces initiatives Conducts limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers Gathers and assembles data for engineers Conducts design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of engineers Assists engineers with appropriate design details Performs a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs and practices Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization Adheres to all quality and safety standards Supports other projects and performs other duties as assigned   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility listed above satisfactorily. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE/OTHER DUTIES: Minimum of a High School diploma and must currently be enrolled in an accredited Mechanical or Electrical Engineering program. Junior or Senior class standing preferred.
