Inside Sales Consultant

SafeStreets continues to achieve success as the #1 Authorized ADT Dealer in the Nation! As we continue to grow, we are hiring motivated people to join our Inside Sales team in Chandler, AZ. This opportunity to contact Company provided Warm leads; will quickly convert to a lot of money in an entry level sales role with an hourly base, plus an unlimited high commission pay plan!

Purpose:

  • To interact with potential customers (Inbound, and outbound Leads) by evaluating their needs, and to customize the best option for security/smart home technology for their home.
  • Simplify the process of customizing an alarm for the customers smart home/security needs for their home, and effectively communicating this with the customer.
  • There will be leads provided by the Company (No Cold calls) to contact and sale, which rewards you financially, and helps make life simple for the customer.

Position Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Positive Attitude, honest, and the ability to communicate
  • Listening skills, teachable, and motivated to set goals, and hit Company sales targets
  • The ability to thrive in a competitive environment
  • Stay level-headed through the Highs and the lows (Success’s/Failures) of the sales cycle
  • Must be teachable while adding your own input based on experience and skills you bring.
  • Knowledgeable with basic computer functions, databases, and the ability to genuinely communicate off of a script.

Earnings:

$65K-$75K (First Year Average) $100K + (Above Average Effort)
