HR Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for assisting the with all aspects of Human Resources and providing support to the agency under the direction of the Sr. VP, Human Resources. Other duties include but are not limited to processing human resources entries into the Payroll/HR platform.


  • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews, screenings, and processing for potential candidates
  • Maintain company database and make sure that it is always up to date
  • Ensure that there is an effective communication between various departments of an organization, especially via the passage of information from one department to another
  • Complete the onboarding process for new hires, adding them to the HRIS system, working with them during
  • new hire orientation and collecting all new hire documentation
  • Prepare job descriptions before job advert placement is made both for internal and external recruitment
  • Process employees’ workers compensation claims and FMLA requests
  • Respond to request for benefit information
  • Take minutes in HR staff meetings
  • Documenting paid time off for employees
Position Requirements

Good communication (especially listening), office/clerical, administrative and interpersonal skills are of great importance:

  • High School Diploma required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar field
