Share Email Opening Title EVS Technician - 4220  Description Position Summary: Performs routine and repetitive cleaning activities in hospital and assigned areas; maintains a safe and sanitary work environment. Perform a variety of environmental services duties in order to maintain the hospital, clinics and buildings in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition meeting all accreditation standards. Scope of Work: Position is located in the TON Health Care. Position works under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager. This list of duties and responsibilities is illustrative only of the tasks performed by this position and is not all-inclusive.   Position Requirements Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Six months experience in custodial related work. Hospital experience preferred.   Licenses, Certifications, Special Requirements: Upon recommendation for hire a criminal background and National FBI check is required to determine suitability for hire. Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license (no DUIs or major traffic citations within the last three years). Must submit a 39-month driving record with the employment application. Must meet the Tohono O’odham Nation tribal employer’s insurance requirements to receive a driver’s permit to operate program vehicles. Bilingual O’odham/English preferred.
