Share Email Opening Title Coast Guard C-27 Lab Technician  Description Required to support current troubleshooting and wiring within the Minotaur System Integration Lab Typical Expected Tasks: Manufacture cables Install equipment (populate 19' and system racks as needed) Troubleshoot the Minotaur System within the MSIL Support integration/prototyping/troubleshooting of Minotaur System/components Skill set: Avionics maintenance background (bench and/or aircraft) Cable fabrication background Demonstrated ability/maturity to accept tasking and work independently Minotaur system and/or platform experience preferred but not required.   Position Requirements • Formal training in electronics either from the military or some other forum • 6 years of experience, or 10 years of OJT with no formal training • Experience in fabrication of cables • Knowledge of avionics • Experience troubleshooting avionics systems • Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-429, and Ethernet hardware interfaces Pluses • Knowledge of CG mission systems • Experience in working in a lab environment • Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-429, RS-232/422, and Ethernet hardware interfaces   About the Organization J.F.
