Share Email Opening Title Roll GoodsSupervisor  Description • Establish common, lean ME organization • Identify , transfer lessons learned and global standards • Execute flawless ME tasks to support flawless launch of programs, new processes and materials • Institutionalize best practices • Implement cost savings projects as it relates to manufacturing engineering • Develop BOP on critical processes for all roll goods • Develop Capable and Lean Manufacturing Systems following Inteva procedures • Follow Inteva process and procedures and drive MSD • Manage Capital Spending including forecast for new tools and equipment • Support assigned Interiors Product Line • Meet the Manufacturing Engineering budget • Maintain good housekeeping standards and a safe and professional work environment • Ensure compliance to TS 16949 • Support Inteva policies and initiatives • Maintain accurate capacity and standard hours for roll goods product •• Institute SPC on all new technology launches • IProvide leadership in commercializing and implement SPC for new technologies • Continuous communication with Staff Members, Corporate and subordinates. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. Strong communication skills required to work with employees in Inteva and outside of Inteva. • Identify and Improve the robustness of new manufacturing processes •Lead technology development in the plant. •Lead production start-up problem solving activities on new technologies. •Coordinate continuous improvement activities on new technologies. • Mentor and grow our Manufacturing Engineering skills • Administration of all activities and resources of the assigned area and of the interaction of these activities with environmental aspects. • Train develop and motivate subordinates.   Position Requirements - Extrusion, paint, processes expertise to produce roll goods. - Knowledge of TPO materials, and coating as it relaes to roll goods. is required. - Expertise to manage all manufacturing engineering projects for roll goods at manufacturing site including engineering trials, development trials, work with operations to ensure flawless execution of project (product, equipment, and process) - Define scope of work for installation contractors for specific equipment projects including cost, timing, and safety protocol - Critical thinking and problem solving skills are required as it relates to roll goods - Advanced English - High level of aptitude with mechanical, electrical, control, pneumatic and hydraulics, strong statistical background - Experience in managing technical people - Self-starter that approaches problems creatively - Experience in strategic planning and implementation - Six Sigma Black Belt desiired - Proven experience with launching new automotive products - Experience with budget planning - Manufacturing engineering experience with (facilities, maintenance, industrial, process, etc)   Education Requirement College degree in Engineering Major, at least 8 years of plant floor experience - Six Sigma Black Belt desired   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Various Shifts   Location Inteva Products, LLC - Matamoros Operations #1   Req Number MAN-20-00003   About the Organization Inteva Products is a leading global automotive supplier providing innovative, reliable, environmentally friendly products that enhance vehicle quality, safety and performance.
